Our culinary tradition in Montreal begins in 2008, but in reality, it is a continuation of an education in the kitchen of several generations of our family brought from Europe by our great-grandparents and grandmothers, instilling in us that passion in gastronomy and that curiosity for learning traditional flavors and new ingredients for us. That gave us a desire to evolve, create and perfect our recipes based on this wonderful Venezuelan Cuisine, awarded around the world, which has remained unchanged over the years, something that our customers and friends have always praised us ...
